Keep your password secure and use the platform only where you are legally able to enter the relevant agreements. You remain responsible for the watches, photographs and descriptions you publish and for complying with applicable laws. Buyers and sellers agree payment, delivery, inspection and any returns directly. Before paying, verify the seller, watch, availability and transaction terms. Membership badges describe the subscription plan; they do not guarantee identity, authenticity or trustworthiness. External offers link to another retailer. Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions managed through Stripe when available. Review the plan, price and billing terms before payment. You can manage billing and cancellation in your Dashboard. Moving to a lower plan may pause listings above the new limit and hide a Dealer page; your records remain available to you. We may restrict accounts or remove listings that violate the marketplace rules. You may request a review through Support. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
